How your order is made and shipped
Comedy Republic Apparel items are printed to order by our fulfilment partner, Tapstitch, and shipped directly to you — we don't hold stock in a warehouse. This lets us offer a wider range of designs without waste. Whilst this is better for the environment, it does mean delivery can sometimes take a bit longer than a standard retailer.
Production time
Once you place your order, please allow 2–5 business days for printing and production before it ships.
Delivery time (Australia)
After production, standard delivery to Australian addresses typically takes 12–19 business days, as orders may be fulfilled from our partner's international facilities. Peak periods (e.g. Christmas) may extend this further.
We'll send you a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.
Customs and import charges
For most Australian orders, no additional customs charges apply. In rare cases involving remote addresses or changes to import regulations, the recipient may be responsible for customs duties or fees on delivery. This is outside our control.
Multiple items
If your order includes multiple products, they may arrive in separate parcels at different times, as different items may be produced at different facilities.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout — we can't be responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly by the customer. Contact us as soon as possible after ordering if you notice a mistake, and we'll do our best to update it before production begins.
