4. TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms govern your use of comedyrepublicapparel.com and any purchase you make through it. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
Who we are
Comedy Republic Apparel is operated by The Coterie Company Pty Ltd (ABN 76 629 308 185), trading as Comedy Republic, of 231 Bourke Street, Melbourne VIC 3000, Victoria, Australia. Comedy Republic Apparel is a merchandise line associated with Comedy Republic, a live comedy venue in Melbourne CBD (comedyrepublic.com.au) — the two are operated by the same company but are separate parts of the business.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST, where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors on the Site, including after an order is placed. If a pricing error affects your order, we'll contact you before processing and give you the option to cancel.
Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline (for example, in cases of suspected fraud, stock/production issues, or pricing errors). You'll receive an order confirmation email once we accept your order.
Product descriptions
We do our best to accurately describe and photograph our products. As items are custom-printed, minor batch variations (colour, print placement) may occur and are considered normal, not a fault.
Intellectual property
All designs, logos, text and images on the Site are owned by or licensed to The Coterie Company Pty Ltd and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without our written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to interfere with its operation, security, or attempting to access data not intended for you.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
